TrueLoveMovement started in 2013. Peace Ilondior aka Hef-zibah had just released her album in November 2012 titled “TrueLove”. And she felt the desire to share this love to others. Love should not be limited to just between spouses or family; love should be spread across the world because we are all connected and related.
To spread to the world, she had to start somewhere, she started with the senior citizens in her community. That age group usually feel excluded from all the fun happening. Hef-zibah had a close relationship with her grandmother so this inspired her to start there. The very first ever TLM in February 2013 on the streets of Surulere she did the first ever TrueLoveConcert for seniors.
Promoting sustainable development is essential for a humanitarian NGO.It not only offers immediate relief and aid but also works towards long-term solutions that empower communities to overcome challenges on their own.
